Having just read the topic on 'pro' bats I am unfortunately about to stoke the flames a bit... To make things clear though I'm not claiming they are a pro's bats, just a sponsored county age group player's.
One of my customers at work gave my boss several of her son's old bats that he doesnt use any more. Her son was sponsored, played for Bucks and Middlesex age groups up to u19s, by various companies. My bosses lad, my protege so to speak, is himself a sponsored player with M&H and doesn't have a clue how to refurb these bats. For that reason my boss is giving them to me to have a go at fixing up. I will post pics tomorrow when I actually have the bats, but there is a stunning Kook Sword 5000 and a massive Hunts County which picks up like a feather.
