I eent down to B3 today and I had a few shapes in mind before going however I've come away with a 2 Stripe Gaz Cross (num. 4 shape). The pickup was top notch and the middle is mid to low which works for me. I contemplated the Trott but it was just too unwieldy when cutting and pulling. I've hopefully pickup a nice looking 400 density cleft and I was lucky to find out that B3 has the all white stickers back in stock so I decided on those. Can't wait!

Right so now most of you have ordered/received your bats, what are you all recommending, I soooooo need some help choosing!!

I'm possibly thinking the original TKC around 2.12 or DB1 thoughts please...

I finally managed to visit B3 today (got there ahead of you @liscon12) and with some great help from Gav (streaky was having a lie in 😉) came away with a 2.12 TKC 3 stripe, a little heavier than  I usually use but it's a nice shape with a decent pick up and felt great with the ball.

The new DB1 also felt good, but stock in the shop is getting low so didn't get to try as many of the other shapes as I had hoped.

If you can visit the factory I strongly recommend as it is great to see the set up, hear about the manufacturing process and pick your bat or cleft.

TKC really is a cracking shape. I highly recommend

I got there about 12pm and was in for around an hour with Tom, he left me to look through the 2 stripe clefts but there wasn't many left around the 400 weight, lots of 415+ weights.

My suggestion; talk to Streaky, tell him how you play, pitches you play on, any previous bat you've gone on with and go from there, rather than focusing on a Pepsi or Warner or whatever else you've seen look pretty on a forum
