One of our team members owns a NB 1080 bat and the ping is absolutely exceptional on it. It has a low middle and excellent pick up.
He is our number 8 and there were 2 balls that he clipped off his legs that went for 6 .

I had a play with the bat afterwards and noticed how amazing it felt. The guy didnt know much about it apart from he brought it off his cousin. Definately looked like a genuine NB rather than a stickered up one looking at the concave of a genuine one online.

Does anybody own one of these? Does the above sound like the 1080? Any feedback on the bat? It may be my next purchase.

A picture would help out ... DC1080 bats are really good, i have one and i can certainly agree with the pick-up and ping !

I've got a DC1080 and it does fly in all fairness, used it for the first time in earnest yesterday and it felt lovely out the middle - the pick up is pretty exceptional too
