I recently sent a message to Masuri regarding my Vision Series Elite ear pads having issue (it's an early model before they introduced the yellow tabs designed to hold them to the grill a bit better. I very quickly received a reply saying that they appreciated that I made them aware of the problem and that they would send me some replacement ear pads free of charge. I sent the message on Tuesday and they are expected to arrive by the end of the week.
I know it's something really small but I really appreciated how quick they were to reply and also the serive that they offered. Big thumbs up to Masuri
