I’ll second that, my body’s protesting today... thanks to @petehosk for organising, @FattusCattus for manning the bowling machine and dispensing coaching advice and to @Northern monkey for bringing along a selection of his handiwork, very impressive indeed and can see my bank balance getting smaller sometime soon.  Next time guys we will organise a raid of the M&H shop won’t we?

I’d like to say I did loads yesterday, which would excuse the fact I can barely walk today, but judging by the video evidence, the most I did was lift my bat a little bit!!!!

Was a great way to spend a couple of hours on a Sunday morning. Thanks to Pete for organising, Cam for sacrificing his camera and brucie for feeding the machine

Watching the clips makes it clear I need more batting practice - Would be keen to try and fit one more in before season starts if possible @petehosk do you know if they had any availability before end April?
