Afternoon CBFers

Its that time of year again!

I've been working on various things over the last few months and now is the time to roll out this years prototype's for feedback. Hopefully there will be some willing participants who can use the product ASAP and provide feedback in exchange for getting their hands on the latest versions before anyone else paired with a early bird discount too as part of it.

I have 10 spots available that for the price of �155.00 inc UK P&P (+ any PayPal fees) will get them the below:-

- Revamped Helmet Shell using new high impact plastic material.
- The newest A.C.I.S liner system featuring new materials to increase sweat absorption. (size range of 52-65cm)
- Fixed Position Titanium Grille.
- 4 Point Chin Strap.
- Ayrtek Branded Microfibre storage bag.

Colours are limited to 8x Blue and 2x Black at this stage so will be offered on a 1st come first served basis.

2x Blues gone....

To answer a few questions raised, the helmets contain the inflatable liner that we used originally in all of our helmets but they have undergone an overhaul with new front and rear materials externally as well as extensive R&D to the interior materials.

Few people asking what the difference in liner material is, previously we used a flocked finish in them which whilst very comfortable wasn't great at dealing with sweat management. We have been developing a product for a different sector that has led to the development of the below material.

It offers a very comfortable finish whilst wicking sweat away as well, this will be used on the trial helmets on offer for further feedback from the cricket market....The SAS love it 👍🏻

As a few people have asked, I can do these with a Fixed position steel grille fitted that will be �100 inc UK P&P if people are on a tighter budget.

They could always upgrade/swap to a Ti grille at a later date if they wanted to do so 👍

Best of luck guys. Based on my personal experience, Ayrtek's helmet were difficult to use in heat due to sweat.

Few preview snaps of what the helmets will come out like...they may alter slightly in terms of the final pantone colour of blue.

If people really want something other than blue or black it can be organised, just drop me a PM.

Im expecting these to come in around 775g vs the Carbon Fibre version at 620g. The majority of the components are the same but you obviously pay a premium for the carbon fibre shell which ensures the weight is less on that model.

Ive actually advertised the Carbon Fibre/titanium version for sale in the For Sale section that some members wont have access too. I only have 4 available of which 3 have already pre-sold. So there's 1 left looking for a new home.

Little update on this, there are 1x Blue and 1x Black helmets left available at �155 and 1x Raw (Carbon Fibre) model at �250 for anyone wanting to get an advance viewing/handling on the Tech.

Few snaps of the new liner fully fitted, they have a loop backed velcro material now as part of the liner so should stay fixed in place bettter. The front side that sits in contact with your head also uses a newer material than before as we have moved away from the flocked finish.

I have just 2 left available now from the original batch in at �155 blue or black that will feature the liner below and 1x Raw at �250.
