Well even if AB was 'fit' he return would've meant Stephen Cook or Faf being axed. AB probably miffed that Morkel was carried around Australia without getting a game as well, supposedly they are best friends.

the quota system was always there but never implemented, it's the myth KP used to come to England. Didn't stop kallis,boucher,smith and loads of others

it's now actually being implemented is that correct?

Pretty sure they passed a law in their government that unless the quotas where implemented their respective national sides can't host global events

He should focus on runs and records, forget captaincy.

Cook should follow suit and Root shouldn't make the captaincy mistake.
