Quick update on this.
I mentioned to Masuri on Twitter that medium was too small and large too big, they then sent out 2 different inner foam thickness to Owzat for me to try (thick and thin varieties) with no charge.
Nipped in today and changing the foam inside (front/back/inner shell) made a big difference and I decided on the large size with thicker insert foam.
Great customer service from Masuri.

Emailed the lads at Masuri a few times to get extra bits and they've always been very pleasant. Will make one of these Masuri helmets mine in the new year.
