I'm a nightmare when it comes to bags, never quite satisfied yet to find the ultimate one that suits me. Very close with the TON wheelie duffle hybrid.

What I find is that the more compartments you have the less you actually fit in. Especially as a keeper.  Pad compartments never quite big enough to get keeping pads in, same with gloves. Helmet compartments are great but what if you have two lids. The dividers and zips and tunnels and added pockets just eat into actual kit space.
I find a shoe tunnel useful, padded bat cave and a couple of large side pockets. Everything else in one main compartment so I can organise it to best fit.

I've tried to find a bag that suits my kit well. I've got the new GN Legend that is fairly compact but not too many pockets which I find helps fit everything in.

I gave up trying to organise my bag last season. I pretty much get everything out and stack it neatly in the changing room then once the toss is made put away my keeping/batting gear depending what we are doing. Then just throw it back in at the end of the game then get it all out to air when I get home.

I've really tried to take less and less stuff to games with me. I don't think you need that much, as long as you check your gear thoroughly before you pack your bag.

I deally i would like a duffle that stands up (aero style) but with solid internal sections; bat cave; pad (batting and keeping) cave; glove and helmet section, boot section below the glove and helmet section with a seperate zip at the front of the bag.

Received the TNF Diamond HR bag today.

My thoughts:

Pretty typical split level bag along similar lines to the Kookaburra Pro Players. The top lid section is perfect for a change of clothes and keeping your match kit in there. I've just got my match kit plus a toiletries bag and a microfiber towel in there at the moment, but could easily fit more.

The level below is where you keep all your cricket gear. The bottom section I have decided to put all my protective gear (pads (under towel), gloves (x3), thigh guards, helmet) there. The bat cave area is not a separate tunnelled area unlike the Kookaburra Pro players, but is actually part of that lower level. The divider is removable so you can make it all one big space. I'll keep it like this, even though it's probably not the most sturdy bat cave you'll see they'll be protected well enough. I have 2 bats in there but there is room for a 3rd.

The meshed pocket areas are great and surprisingly roomy. Working clockwise from bottom left, I have my spikes (I have size 12 feet and my shoes fit in there easily), sunscreen/areogard and the big pocket to the right has a bat care kit, spare cricket balls, club caps, spare spikes and sunglasses with room to spare.

One of the negatives is the "valuables" section on the exterior. As you can see, my wallet doesn't even fit. I can only really see car keys fitting in there and that's about it. maybe some loose change as well. I'll have to keep my valuables in one of the mesh pockets on the inside of the top section.

No suitcase handle could be a minor criticism. For a bag this size you probably should have one, but it is padded well enough and reasonably sturdy. The wheels are excellent and the zips and material used are of good quality. Overall, happy with the purchase however it is not absolutely perfect.
