Junior Wheelie Bag Help

My nephew is coming up to his 12th birthday and wants a wheelie bag from us.  I'm looking at a good quality wheelie bag of a suitable size for a 12 year old.  Doesn't have to specifically be a ' junior ' bag.  Any advice from members with kids, who remember their junior bags or run a junior team etc would be appreciated.  Looking to pay £30 - £40.
