Kookaburra refurb

Does anyone know the contact details for kookaburra to arrange a refurb.

A teammate of mine is trying to get a bat refurbished/restickered and apparently has tried contacting them via  various methods - email/twitter etc with no reply

I'll be honest that I haven't looked into it much but can anyone help before I try?

@Vitas Cricket are local to and get on very well with Kooks, they may even be able to arrange it for you

'Various methods' never seems to include the good old fashioned phone call anymore. They always answer when I call the number listed on that page.
