Hello all,

I have started having a few issues with the size adjuster wheel thing at the back of my helmet,

i took a glancing knock to the grill at nets and it now wont stay to size, no visible damage to helmet and i would seriously doubt there is given the lack of impact(that i could feel anyway) it scrolls in and out OK to adjust but once i have it set and try the helmet on to check size it increases to max.

Anyone else had similar and can this be fixed? I'm hoping its not a new helmet for such a small part!

Try emailing Masuri but maybe neglect to mention that it was hit, as they do say helmets should be replaced after impact.

They're usually really helpful and they may say that part can be replaced

called them explained the problem (minus impact - although this has been an issue for a little while just not this bad) and they will fix and return the helmet
