2nd hand Strettons

I’ve got the chance to grab strettons thigh pad set,  2nd hand, for cheap.

They seem like a product that should be fine 2nd hand, but thought I’d check here.  Is it simply a case of putting them in the oven again? Any other issues that could arise?
