Came across this on Cricinfo. With the exception of the slow narrator's voice it's a decent watch.

Never heard of them but saw them on the JS Wright’s video. Anyone know anyone about them or used them?

They are based in wakefield. Seen a few around... but not enough to know if are any good. Looked at them some years back but seemed quite pricey... they also looked more traditional shapes at the time..

Not sure what shapes or prices they are doing now... JEDi or Kippax are closer to me so they wouldn't be my first port of call..

They were big around Wakefield and West Yorkshire when I was much younger (like 20 odd yrs ago). I had one when in the juniors, as did team mates and they were ok but that's when Richard Wensley (ex Slazenger I think) was the maker. Think he  sadly passed away a while ago though and is now the guy in the video. Never really see many now but two lads I know have them and one swears by em. I've tapped both up, ones very avg (but is old) the other is decent, but no better than that. I remember they used to have some funky shapes back in the day with bits cut out of the back etc.

I had 2 or 3 of these 7/8 years ago
They were traditional shapes but were good bats
Good value for money and Ian is a really nice bloke
Glad to see they are still going.

Yes that was the name of the batmaker that was escaping me. Also the slazwngers link... not sure  the  current status.
