Shakeb al Hassan banned

So seems like Bangladesh captain Shakeeb Al Hassan has been banned for 2 years (1 year suspended) for failing to report approaches of corruption over the past 12 months. Will hot Bangladesh cricket hard

Needs stamping out so i'm not disagreeing with the length of ban.

May be he had a fallout with the Bangla Cricket board. Fine cricketer though

don't think so the ICC banned him, was most likely in one the T20 leagues he plays in

He spear headed a players strike recently, asking for better facilities and pay. Wonder the timing of the ICC suspension

It is staggering in today's environment that he was being asked for inside information but failed to report the approaches.  1 year seems lenient to me

ECB has leaks to certain papers on team and squad selection before every match. How is that any different to what Shakib did? He was being asked info on team selections

Stupid of him not report it given his team mates did.
