Symonds Tusker shared with my older brother.  The next one was SG Sunny Tonny.

When fresh of the boat in 1984 my team mate let me use his DF and I still remember the feel of that bat.  Wish there was a way to get similar shape bat from DF and keep the cost down

DF do still make the magnum although the shape has been updated

I had actually thought about the Aldred bat two or so years ago in butterfly willow but I had concerns with weight.

I would say that I have maybe another 3 or 4 years left before I retire from playing and batting at position 8 or lower does not make any sense to pickup a new bat, considering that recently picked up a BB made by Keeley that was a year old.
