I'm sure any decent bat maker will be able to make a profile which meets your desire, that's the advantage of going bespoke.

I've got a massive profile illegal Slazenger G1+ v1000 that's nearly new. Can post pics if interested. Might sell it as I'm unlikely to use it for matches.

post pics - always good to see a big bat.

Is it big all over or concaved to within a mm of its life?

@hazant0803 are you after any type of bat that is currently illegal, including graphite backed, laminated, carbon handles, extra big edges or spine, etc. Or are you specifically interested in recognised models that were only ever oversized - such as the ones you mention?

No, it's sightly concaved, but generally very full profile. Goes beautifully, but I just don't think I'll get time to use it in the middle. Here are the pics. It's been used in 3 or
-4 nets since then.... You're welcome to try it at our next nets, @blindowl (not tonight though as I'm away)

Only if they have a 'Jumbo' cleft which can do the job as the dimensions exceed those of a standard cleft! Since the new regulations came into effect there is no call for these I'm afraid.

There should always be a call for an oversized low density cleft crafted into a 'Jumbo' B3 Root shape Rich! Please call me if this happens  ;)

To the OP - I think it's a waiting game to see what comes up. I don't think people will be too precious with them.

To everyone - do we think the old 'illegal' bats in terms of size will become collectors items in the future? It doesn't seem to be the case with the likes of the C6 handle and graphite sticks really, apart from that one that popped up for £500 a while back..

Gray nic in Australia are still doing oversize bats in small quantities. Send them an email or order through an Australian retailer.

Doesn't fit through the bat gauge by 5mm or so, so I guess it's illegal. However, in my league noone would notice or care very much
