bit of a change of pace with this one, wanted to start a topic to document my progress under Gio Colussi and his 3 step program.
I have just finished his mindset training, and while incredibly simple, it does indeed work, and translate to a real increase in runs.
With this in mind I thought I would post this here and give updates throughout the process to keep anyone that is interested informed of the process. I obviously won't be posting too much detail so as to not give away any of the program that Gio usually charges for, however, if his content usually piques your interest then maybe this will give you a little more of an insight in case you were planning on hiring him as your coach.
