"Paul Collingwood targets two World Cup wins for Scotland"
« on: November 09, 2014, 06:09:42 PM »

Slightly misleading title to the article, doesn't meant Colly wants Scotland to win 2 world cups (what I thought when I read it!)

Is targeting 2 wins at the competition a fair target or a bit under ambitious?
Shouldn't the coach say "go out and try to win all your games and what will be will be"?
Targeting two wins seems a bit like a "we know we're not very good, but let's do our best" approach to me...

I'd take one win, probably a good target. Lacking a wicket taking pace bowler imo, no one with the ability to hassle the top orders!

i think if they get one win and be competitive they would be happy with the outcome
