It's a great conversation piece, if nothing else, but I wouldn't waste much time fixing it if I was you
A few months back I posted pics of one of my bats that had very similar delamination, where slivers would peel up in multiple spots.
Every attempt at glue / clamp / sand / oil would look great, but peel up in different spots after one session. Superglue and facing sheets made no difference.
I'd compare it to a chain, where all the links are very weak. Fix one, and then the next weakest one goes the next time you use it.
More 'traditional' delamaination where all the weakness is in a layer underneath the surface might have a better prognosis.
Shame, because it looks like it would have been a stunning bat in better days!
