GN1000 gloves - any users?
« on: February 08, 2023, 04:58:32 PM »

I’m a captain, coach and very occasional WK. Last night I kept indoors and borrowed a pair of black GN1000 gloves. They were so light, but very comfy. They are available on offer online - I’m just slightly worried about the longevity of the soft material. Any users on here?

If you see an offer on line, be careful as there a a load of fake GN soft goods around at the moment. Keeping gloves and batting gloves especially.
Ignore me if you are buying from a reputable retailer.
If the deal looks too good to be true assume the worst.

On the GN keeping gloves they are typically really good.

Thanks. It was from Lorimers, so should be fine. They were so light. I’d picked up an old pair of GN Legends from my club, but the palms were worn smooth. The opposition keeper took pity and lent me his - our league is really friendly and most people know each other.
