Look a bit different to your standard ones and don’t look like spiked trainers

Looks like he has his own Puma One8 collection in India, from which this is probably a prototype/one off.
They don't appear to be spiked up after production I agree, doesn't mean they aren't for sure though, there are some skilful people about working on custom footwear.

New Balance and Nike especially have been putting their players into new models well ahead of their release to the public. A few years ago Nike had UK based players wearing shoes on TV that you could never buy in the UK, around 18 months before they came out anywhere in the world. It made selling their 'current' range at full price a difficult ask as customers questioned why they were paying full whack when the latest shoe would clearly be out soon.
