Royal Mail with Airsure (�500 insurance and tracking) is by far the cheapest when I've looked. Talisman mentioned it earlier in the thread costs around �23-�24

i have sent a bat via royal mail airmail to the states and i think it was around �17 but that was before prices had gone and that covered �500 if i remember rightly and that took 3 days so 47.99 is alot imo

To be honest I have used this service a few times as a last resort it took 13 days to arrive, not the best service, DHL do a service for about �35 and it took only 5 days.,

Mike, how did you get on at the post office. I have used international royal mail and it costs �38 and takes 6-8 weeks which is hopeless and very expensive.

Your advice would be appreciated.
