Matrixx Graphite Backed Bat?

Watching the ICL - Delhi v Bengal Tigers

Jai Prakash Yadav of the Delhi side has a Matrixx bat which is completely black on the bat.

Anyone any ideas why? Is it painted or a sticker or graphite or something?

Can't get any pics sorry.

Would think it would be paint or a sticker as Graphite bats are banned in the professional game.

Does the ICL fall under jurisdiction of MCC though?

The ICL is the unnoficial one so i don't think it would be under the MCC. The ICC does want to make it offical though i heard somewhere.
