When I was buying Krakatoa the choice was between Thruxton and Krakatoa as well but I went for Krakatoa. I wouldn't say it's a really bad choice and I am regretting. In fact, I am happy with it . I prefer light pickup bat which Thruxton seems to be whereas Krakatoa is slightly bottom heavy. Apart from that I love Krakatoa.

I am sure you won't be disappointed with your choice. Don't worry man you'll like it for sure!

By the way, is it SPS (from Mike)?

i've got a Krakatoa coming soon...

it was a choice between a Krakatoa and a Thruxton,
looks like i made the wrong choice!
Looks very meaty for a 2.8-9

dont think you can assume you've made the wrong choice. i tried all three this season, the thruxton just suited me best. my brother uses the krakatoa - he loves it & it plays really well. i've reviewed that bat in the UziSports forum as well.
