For the player who doesn't hit it outside of the middle ... you're making a statement in club cricket if you use one of these!

I know it is an idea that has been discussed here before, there seemed to be a split in opinion between those who thought it was a sound idea and those who worried about how long the theoretically weakened edges would last.

If it picked up beautifully and had the middle wherei I wanted it, would it make that much of a statement? If I mishit a shot away from the middle it's likey to cause issues whether the are cambered turned or 40mm square....

Being one who likes Salix and new ideas, I think these have just gone to the top of my wanted list.
