Ohh, it's the deep burn. Oh, it's so deep. Oh, I can barely lift my right arm 'cause I did so many. I don't know if you heard me counting. I did over a thousand.

The only way to bag a classy lady is to give her two tickets to the gun show... [kisses his biceps] and see if she likes the goods!

Ive run at least 4.5 miles a day every day since 5th Jan (apart from 3 days) and attend circuit training once a week. I don't know if it helps my cricket yet as our nets dont start properly until mid March. Definately feel healthier and notice progress in the ease of which i run long distances now and also breeze through an hour of 5 a side football once a week. Hardest part is definately motivation - helps if you have someone to train with and i have tried to improve my diet aswell which has definately stopped me feeling sluggish.

That's good going! I used to do quite a lot of long distance running when I was a kid. Just getting back into it. Do about 4 miles before work in the morning and altered my diet a little bit. Looking to drop about half a stone before the season, ideally being 12 stone at 6ft.
