24th May?
« on: May 25, 2008, 08:13:20 AM »

How did the weekend go for you guys?
We played against a cheating team! They needed like 16 off 3 overs the about 6 off 1 over and their umpire waited ages and then gave a wide! Our first team was watching and started booing and the umpire started making '(No Swearing Please)' gestures!  :P

So anyway it got down to 1 run to win off one ball and they hit a 4 but if the umpire hadnt given the wide there would have been no extra ball and we would have won!!!!  >:( >:( >:( >:(

Unlucky mate!
We played Friday and bowled them out for 68 in a 20/20.  We made it far harder than we needed to but still won with 2 wickets remaining.  I top scored with 21.

I didnt bowl very well. But came i to bat with the match looking out of our reach but a quick 12 of 13 balls in partnership with another team member we sealed the game :) It was really good. First 2 balls I smashed for 4.

Bagged a duck, caught behind in the first over but still won easily and stayed top of the league. Also took two catches with the gloves

No I was just told to calm down and just stay in with the other guy because he was on 63* so I just defended and gave him strike when I could lol :P
