Here's mine next to my Thruxton. Weighs in at 2lb 14oz!

I see what you mean about he panther, like you said maybe a different year. Still keeping my eye out for a 90's cannon and Autograph to add to the collection!

Duncan Fearnley - Attack with Ian Botham 5*
This bat has served me well through a lot of backyard and indoor cricket, but have decided to clean her up a little and retire her...

I don't think there was an Attack with Botham 5*

there was an Attack with Botham, and there was a 5*

The 5* sticker on your bat was used firstly on the Viv Richards 5* and then the Allan Border 5*, which were succesor models to the Polyplastic 5* also on this this page

Mortimer - Do you think the bat may have been branded incorrectly? The bat has only ever had 1 owner before me, my club. It was 100% purchased by the club as is.
Do, or did Duncan Fearnley have an Australian branch? If so, we in NZ may have been able to purchase slightly different options/versions of DF bats than those in the UK.

Here's a Bernie Facer Double B Baronet that I picked up recently. It's a very traditional shape, and has branded front labelling. It's very light weight, at 2lb 7.5oz with one and a half grips. Here are a few pictures...

I know what that is - it's a Gray Nicholls Runmaker!

(Only used by 'proper' batsmen)

I was wondering whether it was an Aussie Powerspot. SOmeone asked about the Runmaker in 2009:
