I think your back foot needs to be more stationary when your waiting for the ball. Ayrtek looks good though

just toes come up slightly as part of pick up routine (silly habit) think they are flat when bowler bowls

I do that a little bit too. I tend to tap my foot on the floor, feel it helps me get in a rhythm. I love the silly little idiosynchrosies of batting.

yeh tap the bat against my foot & lift my foot as I find if i tap ground I'm too crouched over & find I fall over to the off

Excellent piece of willow, will get another SAF slightly heavier than ordered but pickup is good & now used to it its a top bat.

it was at alford !! it was a cracking deck, a lot of grass on it though
