I find it amusing that he has been emailing them for 6 years to complain about various things yet he still buys the kit!Good effort Edward. I think 99% of us would have not handled that so diplomatically.

Thanks for your response Edward. I have since sorted the pads with the retailer and obtained a refund. I am happy that my issue has been resolved and also that you have looked into this matter, as well as looking to resolve this further with a meeting with the LE manufacturer. I do apologies for my bluntness when initially dealing with this issue- the second soft issue in a few months got the better of me. Thank you for your correspondence and help with this issue.
