-becoming angry and perhaps saying things you shouldnt (i.e. while in the field) - Check
-buying new kit frequently
-depression during winter - Check
-anxiety during games
-arriving first and leaving last - Check
-watching when not playing - Check
-use of this forum every single day - Check

and it all amounts to pressure on yourself. - aaaaaaaaaand Check

Playing Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday this week as well as a 3 hour bowling session earlier to try and get things back on track.

i was before i went away leo, my trip came at the right time, a month break from everything cricket including forum was what was needed, the off season doesnt count as a break nowadays! but now i've come back i am looking forward to it big time!

I'd imagine that most forum members exhibit a number of these symptoms. As I am now on an enforced break, I shall have to get the camera out instead...
