Why that number? Most are collectables. And 3 I would use in a game
What standard do you play in? Leicester division 3
Who old are you? 17
What number do you bat at? 4-9

Why? 1 is match bat, 1 is a fairly knackered spare, 1 is an old GM Maestro my cousin gave me (trying to refurb it!) and one is one I use for beach cricket!
Standard? Lincolnshire League Division 2
How old are you? 20 (21 next week!)
What number do you bat at? This season, between 5 and 10. Should be 7-8 realistically...

Why that number? 2 match bats & 1 for practice. Others are retired or broken or vintage.
What standard do you play in? Palace Shield Div 3
How old are you? 28
What number do you bat at? 3

How many bats do you own? 6 playable bats + 12 vintage/retro/special bats
Why that number? Collecting the old ones with the aim of mounting/displaying them at some point and purchased the new ones to use and because I can't resist a nice bat.
What standard do you play in? Kent Regional Cricket League 1B
How old are you? 35
What number do you bat at? 6-11
Best ever league score? 48*

Why that number? Don't spend long enough at the crease to require multiple bats  :P Plus I find it hard to adapt to new bats.
What standard do you play in? Saturdays is Norfolk division 6, Sundays is division 3
Who old are you? 15(16 this month)
What number do you bat at? Anywhere from 3-8 on Saturdays, 9-11 on Sundays, although usually a top 5 in the 20/20 matches.
