Signed Steve Waugh Signature G&M
« on: August 10, 2011, 02:56:20 PM »

While on holiday in Oz about 12 years ago, my wife bought a signed Steve Waugh Signature G&M (see the pic).
She's now considering selling it... she's still got the box and all the stuff that came with it, but I can't find a lot of information about them on the net. Without wishing to break any rules or put peoples noses out of joint, can someone tell me how rare this is and what it might be worth. I've looked on ebay but can't see any examples.

Thanks,

Paul

With respect, clearly 500 were made. So not that rare. Probably worth a fair bit to the right person but very difficult to say exactly. If you want to sell it, I'd suggest sticking it on ebay with a low starting price and hope for the best. There doesn't seem to be a huge amount of money in cricket memorabilia at the moment.

Please don't think I'm suggesting that you are trying to or will try to sell it here, but just FYI, there is a forum rule in place here which requires a minimum of 50 contructive posts to be made before anyone is permitted to sell. It is mentioned when you sign up but it is often overlooked, so knowing that now may save you some time and trouble.

Welcome to the forum.
