interesting tekkers from Simmy there actually, i've replayed the video 5 or 6 times.

Simmy, you seem to have a much wider stance than me with your left foot basically on leg - is that so you can take the ball quicker down leg? I find I need to crouch a lot lower than you to make sure I stay down, otherwise anything over pitched goes straight past me. Mind you you're a bit bigger than me ;) great hands though.

tbh mate i do get much lower when i am actually keeping and not doing a drill like that. i would normal get right down low and rise with the ball. like everything in my cricket i bet its a poor technique but it does the job.

also rich i allways keep me left leg on off peg. just i no that ryan was gonna lob some down leg side just steady my self behind the stumps notice i start off outside off and as vid goes on i stand pretty much in middle.

was just going for speed really. not my usual keeping technique. also ryan was lobbing the ballsd own pretty fast so never had time to set my self

best thread ever tho innit ;)

i think the main point when using CBF is to be VERY careful when browing the "Stuff For Sale" section as:

a) you'll want to buy everything
b) your wallet will take a pounding
c) some of the stuff that's being sold is pure sh*te.

welcome to the forum :)
