That was Kieswetters fault, if he had kept both hands together it would of stayed in, I bet Buttler and Bairstow are thinking 'I would of had that'

At least England have only taken 3 matches to look competitive on tour as opposed to the 6 that India took in the UK (only including full international matches of course...)...

This is a pitch that had a bit of green top, which suited the english. If the oval was 1st up then India would have looked competitive from game 1

Disappointing to watch!

Do we have a 'death' bowler? I thought Dernbach was good in this role during the domestic season but had a mare of a last over.

Now the series is lost bring in some fringe talent/youth.

Why didn't Dernbach play like this in the CB40 final!

All joking aside, I think England should get their youngsters in; after all they are playing for dead rubber from now on/

humm might have been useful if we hadn't blocked 45 of the first 60 balls then.

talking of balls. dhoni's are the biggest in the business, fattus' included!

that's a great run chase from india, not sure if i want to watch the highlights or not!!

i guess people will be talking about trott's innings now

hopefully ian bell will get a chance. I was not sure about cook as skipper i think athers had a very good point when he was appointed, and he got slated for his opinion

i dont think england can play cook, trott, ravi bops in the same team and it will work.

credit to india thou, they have out played us

As competitive as taking two innings to not score 591 runs even though they'd been in the UK for a month by then?

Aside from that, we still don't finish an innings well, and I don't think we are bowling or batting as well as we can or should. Maybe that's just me though...

Bell for Bopara and Bairstow for Kieswetter?

bell has got to come in now i reckon

bairstow is a decent keeper im not sure he is top class but we have to do something to strengthen the side.

i think you should have youre best 2 opening the batting,it's not that different from club cricket, best technique up front and those that can 'get on with it' lower down.
we've missed eoin morgan i reckon but India has played very very well.

Are you serious, 598 runs for 9 wickets down and you're telling me it was a green top!
