Just used the newbery stickers i purchased to good effect on the TK lam. Have to say, a bat just comes alive with a decent set of stickers on, dont get me wrong its all about the willow and performance quality, but there is something a bit more special about a bat with a shiny new set of stickers than a blank stick!
Is now 21lb 10 exactly with hammer edges, stickers, grip and toe guard. 35mm edges in a sachin profile. Delightful. Almost tempted to store him away!

I know what you mean. Dressing a bat properly I think does change what you've got.

I'm the other way round!

There's only a very small range of batmakers that would make me keep their stickers - I think modern bat sticker designs are grotesque! That said, of all the brands, I really appreciate the Newbery range of stickers more than any other.
 
I get all funny about being a paid advertiser for a brand and hate all the crap that goes with it with image etc. I chose M&H softs pretty much on the basis they were the more discretely designed (and it matched my dream bat ), though hate the pressure now of walking out at number 5 with a 'notorious' bat. Plus I think a blank bats adds a bit of mystique!

Though I've never had to hide the markings of a lam...

I think the nicest looking bats are the GN Legend (and similarly designed ones from GN I've seen coming out next year - they have absolutely smashed it with those, a great move) and the innovative thing they've done with the Willowstix anaconda
