I found the pink balls a nightmare to bowl with as they fly off the bat. I have just asked myself, '' why am i gunning for Ealing to win''? lol.
Peploe looking good here!!

it's a UP bat, there is a guy who basically sponsors some players in our area, mainly Finchley CC where I have mates.
They are normally Indian/Pakistan shaped, massive edges etc.
Ive lost count of the amount of UP's ive been offered to buy this season.
Ealing looking good here...

No trouble bowling a red ball, batting against one on the other hand different problem  :D

i will try and find something else to blame also, pitches maybe!?.

By the sound of the commentators, Peploe has bunged a few of them to make some of those decent comments  ;)

Yeah I play for Highgate and have seen loads of UPs around in the Middlesex Leagues. Isn't it Ranjit or another Finchley coach who imports them..?

Can't help but feel for Chester-le-street here, Simpson should have had both these openers out in the first over, Peploe dropped by slip, straight forward catch, Wilkin LBW not given.

This argument can be made, but I guess in the end all that matters is one way or another these 2 wickets didn't come about and Ealing then played better..

Ealing played superb, they are the best side in West London by some distance. They have won the prem county div 7 times on the trot I think.Feel sorry for chester le street thou they have some good players.
Not sure how is behind UP cricket exactly,I have mates in Finchley 2nds and they get them discounted.
I don't like them personally but they are used quite a bit
