We only needed 80 to win and I opened the innings and carried my bat for 29* to win the game for us. We should have won a lot easier but they were a good bowling side and a few people got scared of their fast bowlers and backed away and got bowled.
Scored 128 runs this season at an average of 32 and I just hope I can keep it up for the rest of the season.

made 41 on saturday, before receiving the worst umpiring decision I've EVER received - midled the ball into my pads and got given LBW. The opposition were very apologetic after the game. Up to that point it had been a chanceless innnings and I was looking well placed to see us through to the total we were chasing. Instead we collapsed and fell 50 runs short

finnaly found some form through netting this week with the pro starting to play realy straight and working the ball off my legs looks like it could turn out to be a good season for the bat and ive already broke my m8s helmet could be expensive

Scored 12 last night and 70 tonight for school. It's my first ever 50 and I couldn't believe it I just seemed to find the gaps and middle the ball so well.

hit my first 50 of the season the other night, about time too! hooked 3 sixes and hit another 6 straight down the ground so feeling pretty good. Shame i got caught on the boundary only 4 runs later!

Another duck yesterday - 4th ball. Skipper won the toss and decided to bat first. I open, and first ball completely squared me up. 4th ball was a bit fuller and pitch around middle and leg, seamed away and bounced and edged to gully.
And we lost again - 4 games on the bounce now, and we're supposed to be one of the strongest teams in the league

67 opening the batting for me Yesterday.
0.4 overs for 2 runs before the batsman smashed one back at me and bruised my hand. Everyone suspected it was broken but it's just some damage and bruising so should be ok for the weekend.
Only made 4 batting at 9 on Saturday and took 1/31 off 9 overs. Had one stumping not given that was probably closer to being a run out and an absolute dolly of a catch put down.
