They will be getting a call 1st thing tomorrow morning its about 1.4mile from brian and brenda's so why have they ended up there??

Called "widefit shoes" a few times today be being passed around. spoke to one guy this morning who said that they haven't received any deliveries as they are a new company and only just openind. Second guy i spoke to later on in the day said i he didn't know anything ether so i asked to speak to their boss who apparently wasn't in.

also spoke to royal mail and looks like i have to fill a form out, they will contact them via post and go from there.

its not looking good, just hope i get the cash back so i can get some more trainers bought and spiked.

I was going to send my trainers off after Xmas to B&B but after reading this I'm not sure ??
Hope you get your trainers back as prior to this they seemed to have quite a good rep. Have they passed the company on to 'Widefit' ?? Vs sports and Owzat offer the service so I might go there.

i think this is more likely to be a royal mail error than anything b and b have done!

I hope so Royal Mail are going down the pan fast, the deals and services some companies offer now makes a mockery of them.

its nothing to do with the service from Brian and Brenda i must stress that!

its just royal mail which have delivered the trainers to the wrong address so don't let that put you off. I've spoke to Brian and Brenda and they seem lovely and so apologetic even though they couldn't have done anything about it.

once this is all sorted out i will defiantly be sending some trainers to be spiked by Brian & brenda.  I'll just use a different company to deliver them.
