ya see ... tho all these assian bats on ebay they show u pics of decent bat and send (No Swearing Please) 1's trust me ive had one lol

I thought I was gonna get a bargain as well. It was English willow, but my god was it (No Swearing Please) ugly.

I'd be insisting on that one being sent to me. tbh he probably had to go through hundreds of bats to find that one lol - assuming he hasn't just taken a shot of an EW bat, but the others in the photos on the advert seem Kashmir to me.

It's a Larsons then. If it's English willow, they should be ok.

if it's Kashmir then it's getting pretty difficult to tell the difference between the best KW and lower EW.

Agreed. The Mongoose kashmir bats and the Puma kashmir bats are virtually indistinguishable from Grade 2/3 EW

Kashmir has dotty grains and is oranges in appearance. This particular bat is certainly Kashmir, but you do get some good looking pieces.

On the pic from ebay, is it me or do the rubber shocks (I have drawn a complete mental blank, embarrisingly) in the handle look off centre?

Like EW there's grades of KW, the Mongooses were made from top level Kashmir. The grading on the lower grade Geese was genrally brilliant
