haha the bowling machine was broken so we didnt get to use that today which was a bit of a downer!!!

Lammy had an outing as well which was interesting....very different profile to other bats as seems flatter on the back in regards to spine etc

I didn't mate as needs some more knocking in yet....I got caught one handed by a pretty decent grab after coming back in for the last 3 balls!

Once it's ready I'll be giving it a right old go :)

Yea I heard it was a pretty tidy catch, the one guy I said would try to hit boundaries got a diamond duck apparently! Sure the joker it will get a good run out in the 20over games this season

Haha yeh wasn't a bad game our boys were a bit rusty as must have given away 30+ extras!!!

Yeh will reel it out for the smash and grab games :)

After a bit more knocking in this is starting to really perform in the nets....one question tho will a normal grip be long enough if I wanted to double up?

Yep, all grips should be long enough for LH bats so you will be fine with the joker, didn't have to buy a special one at all.

Slap a thick coil grip on with the old cone, and then roll up then down to compensate for the extra length of your shaft.
