It's a nice thought, but in reality I'm not sure...

There is a reason every single bat manufacturer/brand in the world applies stickers to their bats- the bats themselves are free advertising for the brand! Most stickers aren't particularly nice, and unbranded bats look better, but everyone still does it...

Imagine the most amazing car ever, that doesn't have the manufacturer's name/logo anywhere, some people will ask the owner in a car park, most however will never know what that car was...

Charlie

You make some valid points. There's something in the pipeline to address this anomaly.

It was merely in jest Charlie :) - I am sure that it will be addressed at some point. At the moment, it looks like BB are targeting the forum market alone. In terms of expansion, a way of signifying the bat will no doubt become essential.

Actually if someone smashed a ton against us the first question would be what the hell is that bat mate?
I like the blank bat idea as nobody I know uses a blank bat but would agree with Johan on the edge branding.

Then the bat wouldn't be blank anymore...

We expect to hear from quite a few Antipodeans. Due to the raw deals you boys are getting out there.

You don't know the half of it...
