Looks a good one Johan. Let us know the results from your net sessions.

Like I said BB are a steal for £150 for a G1 bat

I will do. If it's anywhere near as good as the Instinct and H4L it's a cracker, and if it's better then it proves it's worth.
Essentially, 2 BBs are equal to an Instinct/this H4L...

So will be an interesting comparison no doubt :)

I think £150 was just an introductory offer though Yash :(

I think if you register your interest with BB, they will hold that price for you Johnny :)

I am confident that the following will happen:-

1. Bigger edges with no concaving and more wood behind the sweetspot
2. Blank bats with by a popular trend, with stickers put on them for good measure
3. A move to heavy bats, then light bats and finally somewhere inbetween
4. Half the people will choose fewer bats but more expensive ones, but the other half will have more bats but cheaper
5. T20 bats with LH and maybe the majority will be SH, with some concaving, maybe.

Prove me wrong  ;)

I still think big edges will be the way forward mainstream.

There may be a little trend on here for people to buy more traditional shapes, but usually the first reply to so someones new bat is.... Whats the edge size!

The first cricket box was used in 1874.  The first cricket helmet was introduced in 1974. So, it took 100 years for men to twig that their brains were also worth protecting.
