Do Blemish have any affect on bat?
« on: January 26, 2012, 03:51:42 PM »

Right so as the title says, my Redback has a blemish on the face and I know that doesn't affect the performance of the bat or anything but yesterday I peeled off the scuff sheet and I noticed that beside the blemish there was a crack on the wood, I don't know if this is normal thing or not.

I will post pictures when I get home but seeing how it is one can say blemishes do have cracks surrounding the face etc?

bounce a ball on the blade and when it lands on the blemish you will know if it improves performance or not... each bat and each blemish will be different.
