He normally replies at night after 8. It takes him a few days, you have to be patient.

Yea can take a while as I believe he is very much a one man band but it is worth the wait!

He's sorted me out with a couple of bats recently and the service was superb. Even if you have to wait a bit it's worth it.

Hi Mate,

He normally get backs to you soon. I have contacted him via forum and via company email and via forum he replied back within 24 to 48 hr and via email around 24hrs. As you can understand he is a busy lad but as others said it is worth it. His service is really good.

Gary did a few refurbs for me - great service but posted them back much later plus communication was slow. This was a couple of weeks ago and the reason for slow reply was due to him being so manic.
The refurbs were absolute quality by the way!  8)
