Bat help
« on: March 03, 2012, 05:25:59 PM »

I got a new bat about 6 weeks ago and it was pre knocked in and I knocked it in further especially down the edges. ive used it twice in a net since and I have just noticed that there is a crack down an edge carrying on slightly down the face. As far as i can see there is one ball mark on the actual edge which is below the crack which doeant look like it had any impact on the crack.
I was wondering if anyone had some advice about what to do? Take it back to morrants or tape it up and possibly glue it? Il try and get pictures up later but I was more wondering where I stand from a consumers point of view?

Take it back and see what they say. They may well replace it or arrange for it to be repaired. If they don't put some pics up and I'm sure we can let you know what's best .

Get in touch with morrant, and take it from there. I'd think they'd replace it though.

What bat is it?
