Just seen a clip about him on sky sports news, he hasn't even bothered covering up the GM logos on his pads like the last pic in the thread, just left a nice big white GM logo there!

He doesn't seem like a player who'd be too bothered. SS wont be happy though, unless they haven't got any white pads to him yet(unlikely but possible) ?

you say that about the white pads but in the odi the other day the gm labels werent covered up at all

Don't understand this from R.B, SS do very similar pads, as W.I opener Barath used them in the test series?!

yeah i was just thinking that, barath's pads are nigh on identical to bopara's unless its some odd sponsorship for just bats and gloves or something odd

Interesting point that, and it's true.

I remember when he was dropped from tests, and was playing county kept his GM helmet but taped over the 3 lions badge.

I didn't know if it was cos the helmet was comfy, lucky or if it was a statement to the ECB letting them know he was still there.

Think I saw on the ss twitter feed that they are considering them for 2013 ranges, hope they don't do it though, look awful!

bat looks good but i do like a ss not keen on stickers

helmet well forma are good helmets look at the top of the range GN the one Cook wears there the same just different maker
