Dan Christian's bat looks like a match stick. He'm a big unit!

Hopefully See Kyle Abbott play tomorrow, he had a couple of years at our club as overseas and did really well! And I imagine He's getting paid a whole lot more than we paid him!!

did anyone see ab de villiars yesterday? some of his shot making was astonishing... paddle sweep for 6, reverse cut over the keeper for 6 and many more unreal shots...

What made that worse was the fact he said he for not practice those shots just does them on instinct

The first cricket box was used in 1874.  The first cricket helmet was introduced in 1974. So, it took 100 years for men to twig that their brains were also worth protecting.

what is frightening is having the imagination, to think of the shot, the eye to pick up the line and length, the hand eye co-ordination to play the shot and the skill and balance to do it.

brilliant, shows the advantage of standing still and having a hockey background!

Imagine playing a cut shot for six, but rotating your hands so you hit the ball over first slip for 6. Not sure I gave it the best name - but I have no idea what else to call it!!

To hit it where he has, with the opposite hand takes some talent. Not taking it away from him! :)
