The first cricket box was used in 1874.  The first cricket helmet was introduced in 1974. So, it took 100 years for men to twig that their brains were also worth protecting.

30% off the RRP, price reduction already made.

I was there and was thouroughly confused what to by as the additional 10% off RRP make everything so much more affordable.

They have some very sweet Salix bats, 3 very good Puma Bionics (huge edges and good pick-ups), 1 GM JT Players and 1GM GS Epic (18 grains with 1/3rd heartwood).

Some very good Kookaburra bats as well.

Does anyone know if they have the SL22's in store? They don't have them on the website, but with an extra 10% off, I might aswell purchase them :)

Where do you stay mate? Which club do you play for?

Barringtons generally tend to start off late with cricket stuff as they are heavily into hockey (think the biggest in the NW).

This year onwards they are increasing their focus on cricket and have some very very good bats and other equipment in stock.

They are planning to take-up a new premises just for cricket and also working on the lines of bat testing before buying

I'm in Shropshire mate, play for Frankton you?

It's good for hockey things as you can use the sticks before you buy and see what tehre like, would be awesome if you could do that some how with cricket bats too!

The people in there are very good and helpful. It s always a pleasure dropping down there.

They have big plans for cricket.
